月光度假村 (Moonlight Resort)

【English bellow 】 1.衞生間用水（洗澡、馬桶用水）之後，臥室裡的地板就會冒水。我們在“漏水”的房間裡煎熬了一夜。 2. 衞生糟糕，窗台上有很多動物💩，衞生間的物品架也是臟的，感覺很久沒有擦試過。 3. 這個床墊和床上用品都是是潮濕的，剛開始觸摸的時候沒有覺得不對勁，直到晚上躺下後，才發現都是潮潮的，越蓋越冰涼。 4. 酒店的客服及經理從來不回訊息。即使白天的訊息也顯示了已閲讀，但仍然沒有任何作為。 5. 酒店淋浴的水很弱，而且要提前開著25分鐘，才會變熱水。 6. 酒店的餐廳不營業，衹有早餐，平時要吃午餐或晚餐，都得走到1公里以外的別的酒店餐廳吃飯，而且這家酒店前台賣的350ml水，需要1.5美金。 7. 房價比周邊同級酒店要貴，但是體驗感實在太差了。 8. 離開酒店去碼頭登船時，酒店會安排小皮艇免費接送，這點感覺有些欣慰。 1. After using water in the bathroom （for showering or flushing the toilet）, water started seeping out onto the bedroom floor. We had to endure an entire night in a leaking room. 2. The cleanliness was extremely poor. There was a large amount of animal feces on the window sill, and the bathroom shelves were dirty and dusty, clearly not cleaned for a long time. 3. The mattress and bedding were damp. At first, it didn’t feel unusual to the touch, but when we lay down at night, we realized everything was moist and uncomfortably cold. 4. The hotel customer service and manager never replied to any messages. Even during the day, messages were marked as “read,” yet there was no response or action taken. 5. The shower water pressure was very weak, and it took at least 25 minutes of running water before it became warm. 6. The hotel restaurant was closed and only served breakfast. For lunch or dinner, guests had to walk about one kilometer to other hotels to eat. Additionally, the front desk sold 350ml bottles of water for as much as US $1.50. 7. The room rate is higher than other hotels of the same level nearby, but the overall experience was extremely poor and not worth the price. 8. When leaving the hotel for the pier to board the boat, the hotel arranged a small inflatable boat for free transfer, which was somewhat comforting and appreciated.

That was great place what you should visit. But dont come raining season coz tgats dead place everseen.

My experience was not much good with this resort.

Dom shaped rooms were specious. They provided towels for beach. Their jacuzzi was surface cleaned daily. However, there was no circulation and looked dirty. We did not know that after getting off speed boat to the island, we had to take a boat to the resort. No one was there. After waiting 15 min, we walked to the nearest resort and asked them to call Moonligth for a boat. They said it would be there in 10 min but took much longer. Although we were there after 2 pm the room wasn’t ready and had to wait a little longer. Beach was clean and quiet.

沙灘海水都很美 也很方便 出門左走五百米很多餐廳 可能是因為政府兩年前賣給其他開發商要拆掉這個酒店原因 設施有些舊就沒有維護 價格和設施不匹配 早餐不是自助餐 呆了八天 每天一模一樣！酒店員工很友好

Stayed for 2 nights and could of been more.. All.staff were fantastic. Even helped us get our bags up and down the beach. Beautiful accommodation, funky, comfortable bed with cotton sheets. Funky place around and the breakfast was to menu, so fresh. Island is fantastic loved Lazy Beach, spent the day there.

Very good experience! If you let them know in advance, they will pick you up from the pier and take you to the hotel. The check in process is very fast, and the rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. If you book the included breakfast you’ll be able to choose one dish from the breakfast menu and as many drinks as you want. The outside area by the beach is very nice with lots of sun beds, and big hanging double beds in the shadow (each of them has a fan). Highly recommend :)

The hotel staff is not friendly, never smile, take unusual time to check in and check out. The room is small, it is very noisy, all the time hear noises from outside the door and room, not recommend to stay

Отель пустой, что очень странно. Я покупал номер и мне вышло уведомление что осталось всего 2 номера, а по факту когда мы приплыли на остров мы были единственными в этот день отдыхающими. Места мало, тихо и спокойно, нету большого количества лежаков. Еда дорогая, завтраки средние, но только в виде заказа, а не шведский стол. Второй раз я бы сюда не поехал.

The hotel is amazing, just like the pictures they advertise. Room was clean, amenities were good and they even provide a beach hat and beach bag to use while being a guest of the hotel to carry around your things on the island. Is right next to the road to Lazy Beach on the other side of the island. They provide hotel transportation on arrival to ferry pier. The only thing is that communicating with the staff is a bit complicated since they don’t answer mails and rarely check their WhatsApp so if you need their transportation, do it in advance.
